Alex Mooney currently represents West Virginia's 2nd District. Not that he knows anything about the state, or its residents, or its basic topography, or possibly -even where it's located.
Mooney is a carpetbagger who ran in West Virginia when he couldn't get reelected in Maryland. Not that he actually sets foot in West Virginia -see here and also, more devastatingly, for his district, during horrible flooding in the summer of 2016.
But hey, he's still keeping undeserving black poets from having their names attached to post offices. Seriously - like only 9 members of the House voted against this... gotta keep the post office names free for, uh, I dunno, exactly???
But hey, way to go WV voters!
